Implementasi Asuransi Syari’ah dan Prinsip Ta’awun pada Lembaga Mq Ta’awun Daarut Tauhiid

Abstract

Shariah insurance with the concept of ta'awun or mutual cooperation has become an integral part of everyday life. However, there are still challenges in implementing the principle of ta'awun in Shariah insurance institutions. This research aims to understand the implementation of the principle of ta'awun in Shariah insurance and identify the challenges faced by partners and the MQ Ta’awun Daarut Tauhiid institution. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through online interviews with partners and staff of MQ Ta’awun Daarut Tauhiid. The results of the research show that MQ Ta’awun Daarut Tauhiid implements the principle of ta'awun by gathering communities or institutions to help and support each other through the provision of assistance benefits to the underprivileged (Ta'awun Card Dhuafa). However, there have been violations of the principles of ta'awun in the points of mutual cooperation and collaboration. Therefore, the researcher is interested in analyzing the related issues. Ultimately, it comes down to taste. It comes down to trying to expose yourself to the best things that humans have done and then try to bring those things into what you’re doing.
