People who have died must have inherited assets, the person who is entitled to receive these assets must be the right person, the science of inheritance is discussed in the book of fiqh. Likewise wills, wills are a form of transfer or disposal of assets in Islamic law. Wills also have a very strong legal basis in sharia law. A will is "a statement of a person's wishes regarding what happens to his property after his death". Execution of a will only occurs after the testator dies. Islamic law is a collection of the strongest opinions of jurisprudence experts in the four most well-known schools of jurisprudence. This research takes the form of library research by collecting related fiqh books and journals to find out the views and opinions of previous scholars or fiqh experts and articles related to the title of this research.
